Revcord provides an installation service program where you are the BOSS! The BOSS program provides for a remote OR onsite software installation process. This service is extremely useful for technicians especially in remote locations. It also ensures the customer is getting every feature out of Revcord’s technology possible.
The process is in line with with Revcord’s philosophy: simplicity and ease of use. The dealer or customer will receive a hardware checklist and a pre-installation survey that will be filled out by the end user. Once the hardware is installed either through the onsite BOSS Premium Program or by the Vendor providing installation, a Revcord engineer will remotely configure the device and its software to customer specifications.
The base install will have a minimum charge which covers the first 16 channels of any analog, digital, or VoIP system. There is a small additional fee per channel after the first 16. Additionally, BOSS Installation is recommended but not required. Should a customer elect no decline BOSS Service or not adhere to BOSS instructions/requests for information, hourly service charge may apply.
All Revcord products come with a three year limited hardware and software. All systems are required at the time of purchase to have one of the four RevShield programs as outlined below or be subject to hourly support charges. Please see the Revcord Warranty Statement and the RevShield Service Level Agreement for additional information.
(Please note that Revcord also works through its Dealer Channel to assist in support and will refer all support calls from the End User in that scenario.)
