Please note that all systems come with a 5 year parts warranty and Help Desk for technical patches. It does not include Help Desk Support which is under the RevShield Program. Please see the RevShield program section and the Service Level Agreement. Support is billable if there is no RevShield in place for non-hardware issues or bugs.
