The ANI/ALI Capture program interfaces Revcord’s recorder to dispatch center CPE phone vendor equipment using the NENA standard interface. Data concerning 911 Caller’s Names, Addresses, and GPS Locations are received by the Integration Program and tagged to proper recorded audio calls. In addition, cell phones contacting 911 through the use of Text Messages (SMS) are also handled through the ANI/ALI Capture Integration Program.
