THE REVSHIELD SOFTWARE SUITE

The RevShield Software Suite consists of two powerful software applications, RevGuard and RevWatch, that have been designed to monitor, report, and support your Revcord MMS Logger system components with security as a priority.
REVGUARD
RevGuard uses its built-in monitoring system to detect problems before they happen and to generate system-critical alerts for issues that may have gone unnoticed by the Network Administrator. RevGuard uses fully configurable triggers to initiate alerts sent to RevWatch. RevGuard also acts as your software update manager and your remote viewer manager. Your RevGuard client reports to our RevWatch portal.

REVGUARD REMOTE VIEWER UTILITY
is a utility embedded within RevWatch and allows for web-based remote access and control of your Revcord MMS Logger. The RevGuard remote agent has no separate UI and will not compromise security protocols.

REVWATCH
RevWatch is a secure cloud-based application that receives and manages alerts and notifications pertaining to the health and status of all systems running RevGuard. RevWatch also works on closed networks that have no internet ability. the remote viewer utility is embedded within RevWatch and allows for web-based remote sessions of your Revcord MMS Logger. The RevGuard remote viewer agent has no separate UI and will not compromise security protocols.

REVSTREAM | Cloud-Based Recording Solution

RevStream provides a cloud-based recording solution for capturing both analog and VoIP calls into the Cloud. Recorded calls are now stored in a Multi-Tenant secure environment. Recordings are accessible through the Cloud Portal using the Revcord GUI from any HTML5 compliant browser. REVAGENT | Screen Recording

RevAgent is a complete upgrade to the previous Revcord Utility Client. RevAgent is a service that resides on the client PC. It provides for a host of services and acts as a liaison between the Revcord server and the client. RevAgent will need to be installed on the individual desktops. It will provide the following functionality:

• Multi-Screen Recording (Up to Four)

As an example, Revcord’s screen recording enables an agent’s or call taker’s computer screen (e.g. CAD, GIS) to be recorded synchronized with voice and then transfers the file and updates the database on the server. The screen recording capture works in either of two modes on the Revcord voice logger: Client Mode and Server Mode. In the Client Mode, the recording works with a Record on Demand (ROD) trigger. In this mode the user will have the ability to enable or disable screen capture. In the Server Mode, the screen recording works with any recording trigger, however, the Server Stealth Mode overrides the ROD and continuously records the screen. Playback is simple, performed on the search screen allowing voice or voice and screen playback. Multiple screens, often up to 4 per workstation, are normal in some busy agencies. Revcord can record multiple screens in full time or triggered by events. Multiple screen recording is offered at no additional cost.
